thats an npc at all starports, you can also sell the loot you dont want to them for 1k a level

I am not a eng. I cant figure outif you can buy a ship or not or how i ge ta new one. I have bought a blueprint for a stardhip but cat se it. Prob cuse i am not a shipwright.; But my question is, is where do I find a ship I can upgrade too or how?

You take the blueprint to a Chassis dealer that can be found in any starport who will then convert it into a ship for a price of course; I think it is 5k per tier.

IM pretty new at JTL but heres what i gather. You have to join a squadron with your pilot. For example i joined a squadron in bestine for the empire and was given my first tie fighter. Nothing special but good for learning the basics. The do missions from the squadron commander you just joined. Open your map and search for pilot trainers.

Once you get into missions then got after pilot level 1100. At 1000 you can get a new upgradable spacecraft. Howvever you need 1100 to be able to use better level components. When you get a blueprint you need to get the chassis built by an pc. Unfortunately i cant remember what they are called but they are at all major starports.
