Thread: black epsilon tier 3 mission 1

So, I dock with the a-wing, and the shuttle. I destroy the y-wing escort. If you destroy the y-wing captian its mission failed. Ive tried docking, no good. Inspecting, no good. disableing the wepons or engines, no good. I know theres got to be an easy answer to this, BUT how do you capture the rebel captian?

It's been a while since I did this mission, but if I remember correctly, you disable him and send a virus or something to his craft just by being in close proximity to him.

Yes, all you have to do is park up close to him and eventually it will trigger the next part. It sometimes takes a good few seconds for anything to happen.

I'm stuck on the first Tier3 mission, I can disable the rebel spy, do the inspect then dock and head off to the meeting point. Now I cant kill all the incoming (should I??, or just head for the shuttle?) Any ideas?
I need to complete thisI think to allow me to get trained. I'm maxed out on xp and i'm stuck as I cant go from 2/2/2/2 to 3/2/2/2 as he wont train me .. 
Help?

DISABLE the first wave. Don't kill. Beat feet to the transport and do your docking. If you are quick enough the next wave doesn't come in til you are docked or done with the delivery. The design of this mission to keep you in an endless loop of incoming fighters til they kill you or you just collaspe from exhaustion. If you were Reb or Freelance you could take the easy way out. IFF, Dock. Oh well such is the life of an Imperial pilot.
