Who do you go to get duty missions once you are an Alliance Ace Pilot and where is this person?

I went to a Tier 4 Trainer and he said I had some orders to complete, but I don't have a quest or mission in my datapad or quest journal..

Who/where do Allliance Ace Pilots get duty missions from?

Any Tier 4 Alliance trainer, or for that matter any trainer in any Rebel squadron will give you one, if you like doing lower level duties. But any Tier 4 trainer, there's one for each squadron. Do some searching on the boards and you'll find the list.
