If you mean like decor as in chairs and tables, you really couldn't pick that up off of the remains of a ship. But if you mean maybe the wall of a Corellian Corvette or maybe the wing of a TIE, and have them be full sized in your house, that would be cool.

Hahaaaa that would be funny, using a TIE fighter side panel as a big table. It's the Star Wars equivalent to using the big cable spool!

I remember in X-wing Alliance you geta piece of the debrisfrom your first TIE Fighter kill and it's mounted on the wall of the Otana. They had a lot of decorations like that actually.

I think it would also be cool to have lootable droidcomands that give you special abilies, or enhancers that can be used while crafting space equipment, for example a PYR enhancer you can use while crafting your engine. Same system like tissues are on ground currently

Yeah that'd be cool like a x-wing chair, and it'd be also cool if every now and then you would loot like a bloody rebel pilot helmet and burnt rebel pilot helmet (not wearabble.) For the neuts like a bloody blacksun helmet for example, It would be like non wearable blacksun helmet. You know what it is for us imps. Or maybe you can loot like controls of the ship ect. And for the chairs make their be different styles ex. looted rebel chair style 1(it wouldnt say style 1) it would just be a normal rebel ship chair. Then another type would be one with burn marks, another would be one with more sever burn marks. Maybe one with blood marks. Do you know also what woud be cool, If you could loot like a camera that when you use it you see a short video of the pilot just sitting there then sparks flying behind him then his mouth opens up to scream but he turns black then he disentagrates or something lol. Like in a new hope when that fat guy had sparks coming behind him before his xwing blew up, that kind of camera. That would be cool to watch.

I think it's odd enough that we somehow loot huge ship parts and put them in our tiny pockets. But I'd defintely love to get a chair,body parts, bloodstained stuffor something crazy like that.

In some of the Rogue Squadron books, I believe they have ejection seats as part of the decor for a Rebel base...
