Thread: Black Epsilon

I have only been in Black Epsilon but the tier 3missions have become pretty absurd. Black Epsilon has been pretty easy up till tier 3, I'm a 3322 pilot atm and without grouping I don't think I'll be able to pass my next mission.

I'm guessing the 3 squadrons are very similar, just with slightly different missions. Nothing very unique about the missions. They have subtle differences that are only skin deep. Go here, Escort him, destroy them, dock with that, etc. I hope there are some very unique missions at some point that seperate the squadrons but I really doubt anything like that will happen. Was one of these squadrons at Endor or Yavin when those battles took place?

I don't understand why imp pilots can't move between squadrons at some point as well. I can understand up to tier 2 but once in tier 3 missions it would be nice to ask for a transfer and see what other squadrons are up to.

Once I complete all the Black epsilon missions will I be able to do the Storm squadron missions? Or do I have to start a new character to do that? (Cause i"m not dropping all my pilot skills so I can do storm squadron missions)

And more importantly, are the missions going to be worth it at some point? I haven't done any missions that make me feel happy I chose black epsilon, they are all generic.

In theFirst tier three mission we need to patrol area and find a rebel spy, i suppose that it is a tier 4 a-wing, i killed it several times but mission still goes on.

Maybe it is a wrong target ?

And one more question.Where i can buy a flight computer?

Um...are you SURE it says 'Rebel spy' in your quest info? I did that mission a few weeks ago sometime, I thought it was something else...if it is, you may be killing it when you need to disable it and inspect or dock with it. Kill it (which I've done before), the mission just continues, disable it and then inspect or dock (wish I remembered which, but I believe you want the filthy Rebellion scum alive 'til AFTER you've gotten information from him), and you're in good shape. Double-check the quest info, sometimes it can be misleading.

As for flight computers, droid engineers make those, I believe.

say what?. ask the Jedi?

anyway the Black Epsilon Trainer is on Talus at the Imperial Outpost in one of the small buildings near the Spaceport there.
