well i just reactivated my accoutn and am trying to learn the art of spaceflight. unfortunately, im having a problem. when i fly, i cant get the shi pto go up or down...it says in help that pitch up and down are using the mouse but when i use mouse all i get is my head turning around in the cockpit. it says that happens when you hold the insert key down but im not. what shuold i do?

Highly recommend a joystick for flying, for starters. You can pick them up new for as little as $10.
Sounds like you need to hit the Alt key, to get out of mouse mode and into movement mode. You might also check your controls under ctrl+o, see if there's an option to adjust mouse movement? I've never flown with a mouse, so I'm not sure.
