Lately there was a patch set up on Test-Centre, and that allowed players to play in JtL beta without actually being there.

This was the update that will I assume be pushed to live once JtL is released.

With this comes much information that was not revealed to the public yet, and so I assume the NDAs are no longer being concerned as active.

Confirmation SOE?

I hope so

We cannot assume that until one of the Devs posts that the NDA is not active.

They might have revealed most of the information but they certainly haven't revealed ALL of it have they?

Technically I can say anything I want about it though, due to the fact that I accidently put my birthdate as 23/4/87 instead of 22/4/86...

two mistakes I made...

Well, I'm obviously not SOE but let me put it this way:

The NDA is dropped when SOE say it's dropped. So since we havent seen a message or a note like that yet....I'd assume the NDA is still in full effect.

No the NDA is in full-effect. We were just reminded of this the other day by Tiggs on the beta forums. You're going to have to wait a wee bit longer. We're getting close though. Very close.

And, technically, SOE can ban your account for no reason whatsoever, NDA or no NDA.
