thats a good idea thow how you would need FP to join rebel or imp and like need sumthing special to join neutral to show you are RELLY neutral

Seeing as how you can start out as a neutral and join any of the pilot factions the answer is none for ships.

Nothing, all ships are player-made. Infact, I dont think you even have to be rebel/imp to join their side.

I remember someone from beta saying to save up your FP because you're gonna need them.
I imagine is like ground game where some things are player crafted, and others are faction rewards. Course that would cut out 2/3 of shipwright economy, so makes no sense actually.
We'll just have to wait and see!

It was said by a DEV oh about 5 or so months ago.

There's also a way around that, but I can't discuss it on this forum until the NDA is gone.
