Thread: Customer Support for JTL

One of my characters on JTL was stuck because of a glitch. I posted for a CSR to help me. It has been over a day sence then. So I loged on to the chat server and they said that customer support wasnt yet available for JTL so they couldnt fix my problem and I am wondering when someone will be getting customer support up for JTL so they can fix this glitch.

There's no customer support for the JTLBeta galaxy, and there probably never will be since that galaxy will be gone when JTL goes live.

no customer support for BETA. Easiest way to fix it is to submit a bug report, post on the JTL BETA FORUMS and if need be, just delete your char and make another.
