According to this site...

"The Beta Program requires the use of Internet Explorer 5.0 or higher and is intended for play only within North America and Europe."
However, attempting to order JTL in advance through ebgames.com doesnt work because I dont see UK/England/Great Britain listed in the country selection box for payment details. Attempting to order through GameStop fails because I can't choose a local american store to collect my product, and if I include a North American address for shipment, then I'm informed "It is against our company policy to bill and ship from one country to another.".
My only other alternative could be to pre-order through play.com, but that doesn't look like it will supply an activation code to enter the current BETA and download it....
So does anybody know, please, how I, as a European user, can pre-order JTL and enter the current BETA phase, and hopefully collect my Naboo flash speeder!

I don't understand your problem. I'm from the UK myself and I had no problem preordering the game from Gamestop. I even used it to purchase another game which made it to my UK address within 2 days. You add the item you want to the basket and then you use the checkout, if you're getting something else, then you're doing something wrong.
Also, I'm pretty sure that Gamestop is no longer running the preorder bonus as its not longer listed on the site, and european gamers never had access to beta to begin with, unless you got sent an invite from SOE

The problem I'm having, and please correct me if I'm totally misunderstanding the whole deal is ... on the JTL pre-order page, they state "The Beta Program ..... is intended for play only within North America and Europe." which leads me to believe that as a European player, I should be able to pre-order JTL AND get registered for the current BETA.
Therefore Im assuming that by pre-ordering, I will be given a registration code to allow me to download the JTL BETA and begin playing, and I'll receive/colect my actual copy on or after the actual release date.
So what Im asking is, is there a confirmed supplier or link, to allow me to pre-order, AND get my registration code. Maybe requesting International shipment through gamestop.com will do this for me, I'm looking for confirmation before I part with my money, otherwise I'll just wait till I find a local shop to stock it.

Aaaargh!?!? I saw that like 3 minutes after I just ordered the damn thing! I've emailed Gamestop.com, but can someone confirm or deny this in the meantime? The page on the launchpad I linked from said I would get the speeder, so why the hell not?!

Gamestop confirmed to me through e:mail yesterday that they no longer have any of the promotional cd's left, so they are not running it anymore. The only other place running the free flash speeder say ..

Pretty much as I thought. What a surprise.
Next question, does anyone know if these Flash Speeders are going to be craftable, or is this the only opportunity to get one ?

They make it seem as though this is the only place to get them, but i just spoke to SOE on the phone, and they said don't take that as the final word, i think there will be other opportunities to get this, or people trading them as there recallable, so who knows.
