Thread: yacht is disabled, anyone know the fix?

or do i just bug a csr about it.
I had read that they were invincible. They aint combat ships, they arnt upgradeable(unlike landos).
And now, mines got no chassis or engine %.
Anyone know how to fix this???
And i had stuff on it!!!

I have to ask... What did you *do* to it?
As for fixing it, you might try SW repair kits for the affected components (or an All Purpose Kit). Otherwise, CSR intervention sounds like the right way to go.

found myself 12k away from a station, didn't feel like making the trip, and decided to hit the escape pod..
originaly,, i thought hte yacht was invincible... particularly due to it being a NCS.... also one slow mother f-er(whole reason i took the route)
well, low and behold, after i find my Victorys and no div's on the bazzar for a unbeliveably cheep price(anyone else notice this happening any??? it wasnt a one time or single item event) I go to launch to dath and get em.. and low and behold, my yacht is disabled... and to make it worse... its decorated...*cry*...
now... i have two yachts in my datapad(the deed i have in my invintory(still) let me make a new one) that fortunately(thank duma) has allowed me to move around the galaxy till i find the verdict on the other one,, or go get my fighter.
and thats the story
note to any csr's or people who think im exploting: The second yacht... is goin bye bye moment i find out wether or wethernot i get to fix my yacht with stuff on it..... pray that i do...... i liked that ship..... save the fact its useless

its fixed.
in an attempt to get it repaired myself with a repair kit, i go intot he datapadtrying to use the kit there(you cant use it in the ship term menu).. And lowand behold, i find a repair ship button.... and.. it gets fixed...
im hapy now... and not going nuts anymore

You'll have to remove all the stuff in your first yacht then destroy it. It happens when you use the escape pod, using the pod is just like ejecting when you're in a fighter. Sorry.

When you eject in the SoroSuub, you'll be transported back to the nearest station. From there you'd be able to get repairs.
Besides the fact that you could've just hyperspaced to the nearest station.
