When going to train as a pilot or shipwright I get the message saying you need to enable JTL in order to talk to this person. Can someone tell me how to "enable" JTL?

You either buy the JTL expansion or you wait for RotW expansion to come out with JTL.

also input they code if you already bought them

You input the code when you login to the Launchpad. Disable the auto launch so you can do it and Edit Account. In there you'll be able to get it going. That is IF you have bought JTL already. Otherwise you need to buy it.

There is also a bug at the moment where certain people that pre-ordered RoTW that already own JTL are losing their use of JTL. You get the same message as the OC. To fix the problem and restore the use of JTL you have to cancel your RoTW preorder then preorder it again.
