I'm not sure if you can still do this, but in beta when you first received your starter ship it was not parked anywhere. The ship didn't become "parked" at a starport until after the first time you launched it into space. So, in early beta (like the first couple of days it started) before we could actually build our own ships we had to use the "ghetto hyperdrive" in order to get around. Basically what you did was you had to delete your starter ship, then you simply go back to your trainer and request a new ship. You should then have a fresh starter ship which is not "parked" anywhere, so you can take the galactic bus to the planet of the system you wish to fly in, and then launch from there.
In short: Delete your starter, get a new one from the trainer, take shuttle to new planet, launch from that planet.
This may not work anymore as the devs may have had the trainer give you a ship which is automatically parked at the closest starport to the trainer, but it's worth a try. The only other way besides this is to have a shipwright build you a new Z-95 (one with a hyperdrive, since all player crafted ships have hyperdrives), get all new parts for it, and fly it there.
