I bought it and had payment confirmed yesterday but I've still not had an e-mail yet. Was hoping to have it for the weekend.

I checked out dlgamer and this sounds bogus and possibly illegal, SOE has officially said you need to purchase a retail copy to get the game code. I wouldn't hold my breath that you'll ever get your email.

I got it within 1 hour. It's not bogus, and you don't need the CD. Send them an email.
