I am currently an Imperial Pilot. I wish to go rogue as it were, to be able to get the YT-1300 or whatever it's called. How do I do this? I tried talkingto the Neautral/Pirate Pilot Trainer and he won't have anything to do with me. WHat doI need to do? Any help would be GREATLY appreciated. Thank you in advance.

well since he wont talk to you, maybe you have to dropimperial pilot?
or try a differnt privatter trainer , there is a smuggler one , a corsec one, and a RSF one

You have to talk to your recruiter (the very first guy you tallked to) and resign.
Then go to the neutral recruiter (not the trainer) named Gil Burton in the Bestine Hotel.
If you wish to remain imperial-oriented, go the RSF route.

You cannot pick up skills in more than one pilot tree at a time. You must choose between Rebel, Imperial or Privateer. So if you want to get the yt-1300 you must kiss your imperial ships goodbye.
