When i try and register my JTLS cd key, im prompted to sign in, i do so and it takes me straight back to the login promt but without the password entered

i was told by a CSR that i should go to tools, internet options and remove all cookies, files ect ect

ive seen 2 other posts by people with the exact same solution i was told to do, but it hasnt worked, is there anything else i can do?
