I have been planning a player event for the last month and PEX had said he would do his best to help. I got what i considered a confirmation PM from PEX saying that "you're on the list" after 5 or 6 other pm's discussing what i had planned. I took his PM to mean what i requested was going to be granted. he even stated that since he would be out of town during the event that certain structures would be placed ahead of time. he actually said "probably 2 days before".

now my player event is planned for today at 8pm est and nothing i have reuqested is in place.
is there anyone here that can help?
