George Lucas says (love it or hate it) that only the Star Wars movies are truly canon - that is, that only the movies offer the true story of what happened in the Star Wars galaxy. According to George, all the events that appear in the Expanded Universe - comics, novels, games - did not actually happen in the Star Wars galaxy, but are only additional tales that provide "what if" scenarios and events.

Many people hate George Lucas for this, since even though he personally approves all Expanded Universe material, markets it under LucasFilm, LucasBooks, LucasArts, and profits greatly from it, he still says it is not canon.

I destroyed my yacht and placed the deed in my safe desposite box over 3 weeks ago and I still did not get back my lot. I filled out several tickets and whenever I check it says I have no open tickets.

That's odd, I destroyed my yacht, didn't get the lot back, submitted a ticket and in less than 2 hours a CSR contacted me and took care of it. Have you checked your e-mail associated with the account to see if they've tried to respond to you? You have to be online for them to fix the lot issue.

somehow i got two deeds, i used one and cant delete the other - message: this is a special item and you can not delete it. now i have this thing taking up a spot in my inventory, cant delete it, and cant get a csr response. havent tried to delete the first one out of my datapad yet, with my luck id lose the lot...

I recently deleted the yacht from the coronet spaceport and immediately got my lot back. My original deed is sitting in my bank.

The bug of not getting your lot back, on the whole, seems to be an isolated case.
