/findfriend doesn't work, end of story.
Please put in a, non-type out lengthy coordinate system, way to get to your group when you are more than 2k away from any of the members.
Here is an idea, remove the (out of range) problem solved.

/findfriend works only if you and the friend you want to find have each other on their friend list´s. otherwise it can`t work. Just like when ur on the ground.
Also CTRL+2/3/4/5/etc. works... allthough onloy for a certain distance.

Yeah I use it all the time in space.
Are you sure you're both on each other's freind's lists? It won't work unless that's the case.

Yep. That's a quick way to tell if your "friends" have you on their list.

Only other drawback I have seen is that you cannot have two /findfriend wp's active at the same time. You can create a clone wp with same locs and then another /ff one, but can't have a /ff wp for bob and bill at the same time. Probably the same on the ground, but hadn't noticed it till a vette run the other night.

Yeah the 'out of distance' think kicks in way to soon. It's very hard to find group members in space if you aren't real close to them. Findfriend works, but I shouldn't have to add the person to my list and have the other person add me to their list just to see where everyone is. And if you're doing a Vette withlots of people that you don't know, it's rediculous to ask everyone to addfriends to their list just for that one time.

Two new commands could solve this:
/findgroupleader
/findgroupmember1 till 20
This way you could look for individual group members. Annother possible idea would be to be able to CTRL+1/2/3/4/etc from a distance of 8km or even more.
just my 2 (Euro) cents
