ive been here since the opening of the game, well, like 3 weeks after it came out, but i canceled my account and reactivated it, so will i still be considered a vet and get the yacht ship?

only if you have had your account open for 6 months at some time.

so it dosent have to be 6 concecutive months at the time you get JTL? like if you were subscribed for 6 months before but recently cancelled and reactivated.

The answer is: you must have an active account for six consecutive months.
If you played for 8 months, then quit...you wiped the slate. Account is no longer active...
Then if you reactivated, you have started over from day one really. Even if you are using the same character from a year ago. You canceled, the reactivaed.
If when you reactived, was 6 months ago...you qualify again!!!
