i just receaved an email from soe asking me to come back to jtl beta but i cant find how to download the beta again. and since the csrs are totally worthless and refuse to help me im at a loss.

you can probly redownload it were you d/l'd it from the first time think it was the beta registration thing after you enterd your key so try there maby.
