Does this work? I remember it being a useful function, but doesn't seem to work in this game so far.

It works for me as long as you are not chasing something that is going faster then you max speed.

It works since they fixed it. However, with the speed the AI travels at now, you won't be able to keep up. So matching speed would just set your speed to its fastest. But it's working for me.

I good way to test it is to have a friend fly infront of you and hit "m". It does work but as the other posters stated the npc ships are just too fast for it to be useful.

It does work but if the target changes speed you will have to hit M again to match speed, diferent than other space sims i would say.

Does it seem odd that they fixed the Match speed command in the same patch that the made all NPC's super speed thus making it useless again?
