I had a kihraxz for a while and I loooved it. The speed and maneuverability were unmatched in the Privateer tree. I could fly circles around the enemy, and with my speedblasters I could take tier 3 ships down with little trouble.

Then I hit Jabba's second mission. The one with the force sensitive Witchbloods. When I arrived at the burial ground there were about six fighters swarming around, and another six hyperspaced in. I engaged with a partner and held my own for a minute or so, disabling two of their craft. Then another six to eight fighters hyperspaced in. They blasted my wingmaninto space dust and thenbegan to rapidly chew me to bits. I hyperspaced out of there and ended up on the other side of the sector with nothing left of my craft but a 4% reactor and 4% engine. I sputtered home with my tail between my legs.

Now, this was an old, pre-patch kihraxz so the mass limit was even more strict. I ended up buying a kimogilla and loading it up with enough weaponry to take down ships in about a tenth the time it took me in my little kihraxz. I think I may be able to solo the mission now, or at least get by with only one wingman.

So, any Privateers still using their kihraxz? Specifically Masters? I hate that my kimo turns like a pig, but it's all about survival out there...
