Thread: piracy = poor rewards... maybe make some changes SOE

Well got bored while huntng in the tatooine systema nd started targeting some of the yellow transports.
Took out a few then gave up, I could understand a limited xp cap on them... but these are transport ships where was the rewards.
The reward varies I think on tier and type of transport. But is just credits, no loot.. Just would be nice to get something besides some small change since we get no xp for them. (resources off a mining ship, etc..)
Shouldn't there be better rewards for taking out a transport. Then again they can only run, unlike the transports that people escort they don't shoot back.
Can we make piracy a fun thing :-)

Hmm. Anytime I need a few hundred thousand credits, I go hit up Kessel for an hour or two.
But I think we should be able to dock with transports and steal their cargo.

Well just got privateer 1/2/1/1 today Kessel isn't the place for me to hang out.
And the sad thing is I inspected a couple and saw they had cargo, yet only got credits for the kills.
The credits are about average for the tier and modified it seems by the class of transport(light, medium, heavy).
Maybe with the new loot tables coming soon this will change too.
Can only hope, after all I like watching them go boom :-P
