I would like to have some xwing/bwing/awing/ywing (not sure about the difference) to be implented to the game...

I mean human imperials can have tie uniforms and awesome helmets and atat helmets and suits and all, and rebels can have flight unifiorm but no helmet...

Can we get some xwing helmets? Wearable by all species?

I read an update that stated that all races minus Wookies and Ithorians could wear Blacksun helmets, but where do you get these helmets from?

They are being added in Publish 11.3, not out on live yet.

You have to "persuade" Black Sun Ace npcs into giving them up. (ie blowing them up)

They'll be live in publish 11.3. You get them as a loot drop from Black Suns.
