Jump To Lightspeed Archive

Got killed today as in a mission I got overwhelmed and hit emergency shields and go tthe message my systems have to stabilize before I can do that. Thing is it always says that in that zone it seems. Other zones are fine but not that one.

Anyone notice this as well? Is it a bug or is there a cause?
