...A non-master PvP zone, everyone Is scared to go overt because when they land they'll be overt also which I dont like. Basically I think they should just bring back the old Kessel (PvP) and give players a choice how to finish their master mission, In Kessel (PvP) or In some other space system where the final missions would be much harder and perhaps add more to the non-PvP mission to get master? Just my idea of what should be done anyway...
P.S; I have NEVER seen an overt player In space on my server, never...

I have also never, ever, EVER seen on Overt Player in space. What they need to do is to mitigate decay in PvP. I certainly can't blame people for not wanting to PvP if they know their equipment is going to get rocked. Doubly so if they are in the lower Tiers and know they could be going up against Tech 7-9 weapons and shields. That's not even a fight, really, that's just a mathematic inevitability.

You areNOT overt when you land. You are only overt while in space after declaring at a space station. You go covert as soon as you select "Land" at the station.

What it comes down to for me is I will not PvP as the game is currently because after 40 deaths your ship and all components are dead. So I figure thats about 1-2 hours of PvP and then I will need to spend a few million to get all new stuff plus the hours to get the new stuff.
For PvP they really need to eliminate all decay so its worth while. Decay for PvE whould be lower than it now is as its WAY too high. Maybe 50% to 75% reduction is PvE decay and no decay for PvP. That would actually encourage PvP as it would be the safer option for xp. Rather than trying to force people to PvP make PvP more appealing than PvE. Just takes some creativity.

theres two kinds of overt: space overt and ground overt, when space overt you are overt in space and only space-as in once you land you are covert, but taking off again you are overt once in space.

Odd, when I declared at a station I was overt when I landed too

How many times did that occur (after relogging the server)? It probably bugged on ya momentarily.
Also, were you overt when you took off?

Where you really overt when you landed, or was it someplace like Nym's, with bad faction....and they got ya.

i went overt in space, when i landed i got a messege telling me that my space status was back to covert.
my ground standing was the same as before, covert aswell. anyone who landed and was overt was either bugged, or overt on ground and just got lucky without getting attacked by another overt.

Liar. I go Overt in space all the time and your status gets reverted when you hit the deck.
Your PvP status goes from Overt to Neutral and it's only space based. Not that you'd know about being Overt in space else you'd not have posted.
