The JTL FAQ expressly states that (only) Neutral pilots will be able to pilot the YT-1300.
But, Stratics.com states that all 3 (Neutral, Rebel and Imperial) will able to pilot it.
What's the answer?

Rebels, Imps and Neuts will be able to fly it. Rebels or Imps who dont take the Rebel/ Imp pilot profession will be able to fly it, but if you are a Rebel Pilot or an Imp Pilot then you wont be able to.
Anyway screw the YT-1300 i wanna fly a YT-2400!!!

I would go with the FAQ on this one.
On a side note tech all three factions can fly it, if they take the privateer pilot prof.

Yep, you can be a privateer and one faction so everyone could drive it if they wanted too.

I thought it was Reb could be reb OR private and Imp could be imp OR private i.e Rebel<=>Privateer<=>Imperial. You can only be one faction. Also, i heard it was yt-1300 for priv, Decimator for imp and Nova courier for rebel as far as multi ships go.

ya, what stratics still has is "there will be a different version ofa yt-1300 for each pilot proff" what the means is, there will be a multipassenger ship for each proff.
but, i dont need it, i got the vet ship.

The Lady Luck, veteran reward ship, is not only not upgradeable it also cannot be used in space battles. It is indestructable, and as a transport ship could only take "ground troops" to different planets for battle. It does not have any armament OR shields, and therefore can not be used in battle.
