I went to my local EB games today to pre-order my second copy of JTL, and I was talking to the manager.
He says that the bonus disk was confirmed by EB games headquaters and it will ship to Canada with the game. So rest at ease, because Canadians will be getting the Flash speeder.
If you don't believe me, that's ok too, but TH also confirmed all Pre-orders will get the speeder
