If the Lady Luck is a so called party bardge how are the vet players going to get other people in the ship, and how many people can fit on the ship.

20 people is the max a player ship can hold, I asumming the lady luck is one of the ships that can hold 20 people. As for having other people come on board with you, it may be kind of like how they do it with the corvette. You get an invite on to the ship and the loading screen pops up and 'poof" you're on the ship.
