The link 'click here for to find out more about Jump to Lightspeed and the pre-order incentive program!" (from the main galaxies page) takes me to the lucas arts 'company store'.I bought my JTL there, since that is where the link took me. Now a day and a half later -- I have to ask did I order the 'preorder' JTL package or didI just preorder the regular item? ... I've looked and looked and on the company page the link from the galaxies page took me to, but it does not mention any incentive program or any 'special' deal for ordering it.

So, did I do the right thing to get the in onthe preorder?

edit: at this late date, I'm not so much interested in getting in on the 'beta' as I am in making sure I get

the preorder -- I would like to get the Flash Speeder.

I think...and this is just MY ignorance talking here...that you order this thing. Then you are supose to recieve a BONUS disk in the mail (before your order REALLY ships). This is the JTL beta CDs. You install and register the Key in the launchpad. Then on release day, you will be shipped the ACTUAL retail box of JTL.

Atleast that's how I understand it.

I hate those 'preorder' boxes....just confuses ppl...'specially me!

ok, lets go again -

The link on the main galaxies screen says (now - just as it did then) click here to find out more.... I clicked there .. it took me to Lucas Arts 'store' where I ordered (in advance of it's release) the JTL.

Iknow it is too late for 'testing' or 'beta'... I want the preorder package that I was under the impression I was ordering (because that is where the sony link took me) ... and specifically, in as much as at this time the only value to the preorder package is getting the flash speeder -- that is exactly what I am expecting. I just want

to know, am I going to get it?

Any official or semi-offical word on this?

(... and yes, I suppose I could cancel this and go here or there and ask/beg/pray for that- and maybe get it or maybe not, but why bother if I did the right thing in the first place?)

(... oh and I don't mean to sound critical of any previous replies ... I just don't think I got a clear answer to my question.)

I just received a reply from a CSR ticket about preordering and getting the Naboo Flash Speeder.

Apparently it was a preorder incentive just through EB Games and Game Stop. It's not something

SOE or Lucas Arts had specifically.

I made the mistake of preordering through Lucas Arts Store. I wasn't really paying attention.

I think its rather stupid to offer an incentive through two limited outlets. I mean why not just give a flash

speeder automatically in game for those who install it in the first month of the game's release.

This would be a bit more logical.

Oh well, Ill be in outer space mostly anyway on my Yacht.
