You call the local EB stores around your area and see if they still have any left. It seems that quite a few stores around where I live still have that offer (IE still have quite a few Promotional pre-order thing with the flash speeder). I assume it would be the same for those that plan on doing it just to get the flash speeder. Anyways hope this helps.
