I have been told that PVP in Kessel has been disabled. Is this true, and if so, is it possible for a nuetral player to enter the region?

Yes PvP in Kessel has been disabled. Neutral pilots can access any area of space faction aligned pilots can, as long as they meet the requirements all pilots have to enter those areas.

Perma-overt has been disabled in Kessel. But if both parties (and of opposing faction) are overt you can PvP anywhere.

I have had some PvP in kessel on vette runs before. But I was overt as was the other player

Ok, another dummy question, mainly to inform my guild....what are the requirements to enter Kessel, if it isnt too much trouble. Looked for info but could not find it.
