I've just got certified to fly the Tie Interceptor, but how do I get one? Is it a case of getting the chasis blueprints?

Yeah, and then you take them to the chassis dealer in a starport and pay to have it made into a ship..then you put the ship in your datapad.

Sigh! I knew it wouldn't be simple.. ha ha! Any ideas where on Tatooine i could pick up the blue prints?

Press Control V, and look for Vendor on the right side. Then scroll down and look for Starships. From there, it's just a case of finding a vendor and purchasing it .
