I did the corellian corvette mission and after it was completed i went to the admiral in doaba for training. He trained me in the flight mastery box instead of the alliance box.So now my character some how is. 4444 alliance master privateer. My character is bugged i think? Or do you become master freelance and master alliance?

It's a known bug. The Devs are working on it. DON'T surrender your skill. It will be fixed.
