I just posted a ticket a while back about crashing when i am on a mission and then i try and go to repair/land. This is a screenshot of the response to the ticket. This response is terrible, the devs intend for our clients to crash!! THIS NEED TO BE CHANGED!! Plz post comments, and if nessacary post tickets in game so that the issue will be made clearer and so that the players arent getting shafted!!

Hahaha... I wouldn't read too much into it if I were you. They don't want us to crash. This sounds like another case of poor CSRs... just like how one person was complaining about his visibility for getting onto the BH terminals with his Jedi and the CSR responded to get a new graphics card. They all say they read the ticket... but do they really?

lol, I did. I read it. I've had similar circumstances where I reported a bug that I was experiencing and they responded (basically) that I was full of crap. Just add a comment to the ticket pointing that out. I'm sure whoever the next CSR is that comments on it will read the whole thing and will most likely apologize for the statement.
Another example for you of bad CSRs is one where the owner of a base submitted a ticket because the base wouldn't go vuln and for some reason he couldn't change it either... so he was asking for help. The CSR that responded threatened the owner of said base to set a vuln time himself or face being banned. Nice, huh?
