Hi, Welcome to Jump to Lightspeed. (JTL for short)

You must have several questions, in an effort to help you get the answers you seek let me provide some helpful links.

First we have the pilot profession forum here this is where the majority of JTL discussion takes place, though it is not the best place to find pilots to group with as it is used by pilots of all servers... you might try your galaxy forum for that.

Next we have the pilot faq as with any faq it is likely to have the answers you seek and if not it can point you in the right direction. If you don't find your answer in the faq don't hesitate to ask a question, there are may helpful pilots in the pilot forum daily.

At some point in all this reading you may wonder how to use droid commands, this is one of the many good guides on the subject.

I would also like to point out a fan site that many pilots find very useful Spaceloot.com.

In closing I will say have fun up there... You have taken your first steps into a bigger world, good hunting.

It'll save a lot of 'experienced' pilots looking stupid.

Secret... the guide is here to help new pilots who come here by mistake... so I think it is right where it belongs.

There will be a few new pilots looking for info soon I think.
