Thread: novice pilot help needed
LimmE....Okay... Sadly this is a nuetral mission, so I'm not too hot on what's actually required. However, perhaps the following may be of some help to you.
1) Never rely on NPC pilots to help out. They are liabilities. Without exception.
2) Being jumped by the pirates is a typical situation. Do your best, if you can't destroy them outright, target engines ( '[' and ']' keys ) to disable them and move on.
3) If you're still having problems with the mission, ask about for some help from the handful of experienced pilots whoshouldbe around somewhere.
4) Larger missile packs are built by decent shipwrights. Shop around, look for a reliable vendor or two. Failing this, ask ashipwrightpolitely if they could make some for you on custom order. It's expensive, so be warned.
