Which is considered the hardest of the three to master? I'm not sure which I'll do yet, but I was thinking inquisition.

Storm Squadron is the hardest, or so I hear. Black Epsilon was fairly easy. And I hear the Inquisition was pretty easy to.

Storm Squadron is commonly considered the hardest, and I can tell you as a SS Ace that the missions are really tough - Although having never tried the other squads I am only going on hearsay about them.

I've heard that storm squadron has long missions, but I'm inquisition and it's not too bad.

If you want to get to master quick, do Inquisition or Black Epsilon. If you want to get there hardened, do Storm :-p. Of all the missions from other squadrons I've assisted with since I mastered, I don't think I've seen any that matched Storm's mission length and difficulty.

The storm squadron missions are long, hard and by the time you finish them you know you have been in a fight and feel the skill has been well earned

whast weird is im in strom squad and on Tier 3 missions, and with 1 escort mission *2*(thats right only 2, waves of fighters atked b4 completing the mission. i was shcoked, the ship didnt even get below 98% sheild lol. well apart from 1 mission they have all been ezy...im i doing something wrong llo?

If I'm thinking of the right mission, YES, something went very very very wrong. You're talking about the first Tier 3. Escort the scientists, then disable another ship and escort it, followed by getting the info from an A-wing, then repair and escort another ship, then drop off the info you got from the A-wing.
If it was that mission, you got LUCKY. Gods, that mission was horrid. I'm so glad I don't have to do that again.

wait, how are we defining hard?
because i could not even come close to soloing a single lvl3 mission, in the Inquisition. Now, when i brought my buddies along that already had a skill or two in lvl4, then it was really easy.
and all my 'duty' missions are in dath now. I can't even do them hardly because of the random pirates and crap that agro me. its easier for me to go to Kessle and go 1v1 with T5 b/y/x-wings than it is to do duty missions.

I'm doing storm squadron right now, and It's much tougher than the smuggler's alliance or the rebel vortex. The third? tier 2 mission has you fighting a tier 2 YT1300 and several escort ships. I was lucky to survive by boosting away.
The second tier 3 mission is very hard. First you have to disable and dock with a rebel fighter while being shot at. Not too hard. The second part makes me fly at least 10 kilometers to transfer the data while tier 3 and 4 Xwings hyper in to intercept you.They pack some serious punch andI can't outrun them in the ship I have now, so I had to slowly kill them off while making my way across the system. The next part involves killing several tier 3 Awings which isn't too difficult. The last part is a big battle between you and several TIE Interceptors against a pack of Awings and a Nova Courier. I'm gonna need my friend to help me with that today.

I've got 8 pilot badges now and almost done with nr. 9 (Inquisition). Soloed them all. Storm Squadron's missions were without a doubt the toughest around. T4 exit mission has you fighting 1 gunboat, 2 couriers and 12 fighters which is actually tougher to do then the corvette. And you'll develop a hatred for A-wings, since they spawn continously on Storm missions. My arm still hurts from chasing after them (heavy duty springs in my joystick 
)
)Black Epsilon is tough too, Inquisition seems to be on par with the 6 others.

lol i havent got up to that part.........dammit, why did i choose strom squad.....they should TELL you that b4 u sign uop lol
