its not a planet you can get to its just there to look pretty

Kessel is a PvP area(I don't know if this has been changed), and also, it's the place you do your master missions. It's also a good place to farm faction points, though Deep Space is better IMO, plus it has a Star Destroyer.

right but you cant go to the planet. you can only get to kessel space but way of a space stations. sont ask me where i forget i have it sticky in my data pad.

Kessel is some system with no planet to land on.
Go to Dantooine sector, deep space station and talk to it they will let you go into deep space (only when u are ace) or kessel. I'd suggest to stay out of kessel untill you are T4 as it's full of T5's in there.
I just did my two Ace missions there tonight, the attack on the corvette was challenging

Kessel isn't a PvP zone anymore. I think too many pilots were getting wasted mid-mission so they changed it. It still says that you're PvP enabled but if you try to shoot an Imp you'll only get the friendly fire buzzer.
