I was wondering is there going to be a pilot skill tree? And how is that going to work?

Check the stickied posts above..as was said in the post before mine, by Frohike...But yes there are going to be 3 pilot skill tree's..Rebel, Imperial and privateer

hey quick question: if u have membership in reb or imp faction, can u pic the opposite pilot profession or are u limited to your faction and neutral pilot professions?

You can choose ANY pilot tree no matter what your faction is.

Read up befor you answer peopls questions wronge and confuse them. If your a reb on the ground you can choose to be a reb or nuetral pilot, if your a impon the groundyou can choose to be a imp or nuetral pilot, if your a nuetral on the ground you can choose to be a imp/reb/nutral pilot wichever best suits you.

Just to confirm what a few others have said:

If you are a rebel, you can pick:
Rebel Pilot, or
Neutral Pilot

If you are Neutral, you can pick:
Rebel Pilot,
Neutral Pilot, or
Imperial Pilot

If you are Imperial, you can pick:
Neutral Pilot, or
Imperial Pilot.

You can only have one piloting profession at a time as it currently stands.

when firing you now have to hit the fire button for every shot taken? ok try this use a keyboard and a flight stick chase an awing around and try to kill it its horrible. please return it to normal.

Havent had this problem personally. Doublecheck your keymapping, Alot of things in the game got set back to the default yesterday.
