Thank you for your interest in testing the beta version of our game. We noticed that you have not logged in to the Beta yet and wanted to encourage you to jump in now.

This is a great time to check out all the new features now live in the beta. Every day the game moves to a new level of quality and polish and your input is critical. We know that you love Star Wars Galaxies as much as we do and it is players like you that make our community so strong.

As you can see I am a beta tester but had a OS crash and lost all that info (I know I should have printed it out in hard copy but didn't get around to i!)

I am trying to find out who I can contact to receive that info again.

Does anyone know who I can contact?

I got the same message, but my launchpad always freezes while loading new data. It will say loading, then go through some update looking things, and i can never get to the main launchpad screen. This happens every once and awhile to me. I think it has to do with activating that BITS technology thing. I cannot load my normal,test,or beta launchpad.

who to contact? hmm, Iwould say contact the Help star wars galaxies email. I forget the real E-mail. But they can direct you to the right spot.

if your using xp and having problems with the launchpad update goto poperties on the launchpad.exe go to the compatability tab and check the box for "turn off advanced text services for this program" fixes the launcher upgrade problem for most people using win xp.
