I would like to make everyone aware of a potential issue.

In short, I live in Canada and via the link provided by SOE on their website here I preordered JTL from EB Games online. They happily accepted my order but did not send the bonus item CD to me. When I called to tell them I had not yet recieved it the customer "service" rep simply stated that Beta was only available to continental US customers.

Now, first, I am already in Beta so that can't be true.

Second I saw no indication of this on their or SOE's website.

Third, they say that they ran out of preorders and thus can't help me in any way.

I have submitted email to SOE support with no response as of yet. CSR's in chat, while friendly, and who said it was "descrimination", were absolutely no help and would not provide anything more than the SOE support email. (Not that I really expected anything better)

Other than that if anyone has any other contacts you feel it might be useful to call or email please let me know.
