Just a daft little post to alleviate tension in anticipation for JTL.
Personally, I think the B-Wing is a Hummer or a Land Rover, an X-Wing a BMW or TVR, and the Z-95 some sort of Skoda. A-Wings are either Porsches or Mini Coopers, and Y-Wings are probably Citroens (always breaking down).
What about the rest of the ships?

TIE fighter= Motercycle
TIE Interceptor= Cop Motercycle
Y-wing= 16 wheeler truck

yt-1300 = "espace" (french made mini van that is a dump)
a-wing = tvr tuscan or speed 12 or the litle suzuki piece of sh.t tat looks like a ford escort
decimator= corvette Z09 (unpparalel)
death star = in'n'out (unparallel best, and both have immense destructive power)

Y-wing = 1974 Chrystler Imperial
It looks like hell, but boy is it tough.

A wing = Porsche 911 Carrerra (insanely fast)
X-wing = Ford Mustang (lots of power and a little boxy looking)
B-wing = Abrams M1 Tank (destruction unleashed)
Y-wing = Chevy Pickup truck (like a rock)
TIE variants = Ford Police Interceptor (it fills the role doesn't it?)
Star Destroyer = Nimitz Class Aircraft Carrier

YT-1300: H2 or Ford Exursion.

Y-wing : chevy pivkup truck
X-wing : ford mustang or a BMW
B-wing : an abrams tank or a fighter plane like the f-18(but these are cars so oh well)
TIE fighters of all sorts : motorcycles
TIE Bomber : abrams tank also
YT-1300 : Mac truck
