Thread: I didnt get Sorosub or a speeder

The character I instaled JTL for has been active without interruption since 11-3-03. I have never reroled him either.
I was in BETA before I pre-orderd JTL.
Today when I recieved my pre-ordered copy of JTL, I went to DevTracker to make sure I installed everything right.
According to the posts I found..
I registerd my key from the BETA CD that came with my pre-order.
Then I installed the JTL CD for the live game.
Then I opened the launchpad and patched the game.
Then I registered my key for the JTL live game.
Then I reboted the launchpad, and patched the game again.
When I logged into the game, I recieved an email that said I have qualified for the 180 day veteran reward.
I typed /claimVeteranReward. I had a choice of 90 of 180 day rewards. I selected 180. I then recieved a message that said "you have selected an invalid reward".
Also, I did not recieve the deed for my Flash Speeder in my inventory as indicated by instructions I got from the DevTracker threads.
I have bugged it.
Anyone else have this problem?

make sure your inventory isnt full. If it is full then you will get that invalid message. That was my problem.

Also, be aware that "official launch" isn't until tomorrow. If tomorrow comes and goes, and your inventory isn't full, and your datapad isn't full after you get the deed, then report it to a CSR.
