As the title says, are Europeans going to get an explanation as to why JTL has been delayed, and why did we only find out today, when this issue was known about last week?

The 'announcement' I have to say was not very customer friendly to say the least. Yeah the announcement has been edited from the UK to Europe now, but still nothing to explain why this has happened. Its bad enough that the message was posted as such in the first place, but edited and no futher explanation......can someone in authority at least provide some explanation as to why.
