I've got a freind who claims to have been attacked and shot down in jtl beta.. is this true?

no they're invincible. which is good cause they are the slowest ships ever and you'll never use it. don't bother wasting the spot in your datapad for it. its crap.

Don't listen to him. He just wrote a thread saying why the yacht sucks. Most everyone I talked to in beta loved it.

Yes - there was a bug in Beta that made the Yacht attackable. It was a very well-known and universally reported bug andis supposed to be fix at Live release.

The yacht is not about speed. - It doesn't need speed since it's not a fighter.
The yacht is to promote (gasp God forbid) socialization in an MMO game

who wants to go on a sight seeing party barge thats to slow to go sight seeing..

Our guild plans to use the "party barge" for important guild meetings that we dont want people stepping in on/for a change of scenery, for this, we really dont care if were going slow or if we can fight TIES. plus since its indestructable we dont have to worry about being attacked unlike the other MP ships.
If the sightseeing party goes LD due to boredom, dang they are impatient, but then again everyone isnt YOU!

but I love how EVERYONE who disagrees with me can't shut their pie holes. There are those of us with other things to do than watch that thing move like a snail in space.
I'm GLAD FOR YOU that its speed doesn't matter to you.. thats fine.. go along and have a wonderful day. I would like to see it be faster. I don't think thats a bad request.. or will have any huge impact on the game since the ship has zero combat ability.
So i'm glad u like it how it is.. i want it faster. end of story.
bottom line.. there's NOTHING WRONG with it being a bit quicker. retards i swear.
