Thread: how do i become freelance when i am already rebel?

if you have all ready joined the rebels in space you 1st need to quit them and then you can join the freelancers. You will LOSE ALL your pilot xp you got when flying for the rebels.

i think the devs said we could be neutral and our faction did they screw us over or something

You can be a Rebel Solder on the ground and a Rebel Pilot or a Freelance pilot in space. You can not be both a Rebel Pilot and a Freelance Pilot at the same time.
To be a Freelance Pilot go to the waypoint in the Freelance e-mail then talk to the NPC inside the building at the waypoint and you will be told how you can join a Freelance Pilot organization, like CorSec on Corellia.

as I heard this was part of the game that you cannot be two proffesion of pilots in the expansion.
