Now I remember when JtL came out the multi-passanger ships didn't have any pilot controlled weapons. Was wondering if that had changed while I was away, I'm not a fan of hunting down 2+ people just to use the ship I want. There's already presidence in the movies to give them atleast one. RotJ, when Lando took the Falcon into the deathstar he used a forward mounted weapon to take out his pylon to bring down the star. So what's up, do we got pilot controlled weapons on them?

We really should, though. Another example of forward weapons can be found in the opening scene of "A New Hope." The ISD was using its forward fixed guns to disable the vette/blockade runner.
