Look at the pictures, its got 3 forward guns....i guess that they are just for looks....I wish i could make it a warship lol....

They defintly decided to make it non combtant after the ship was made because it has the red tunnels where the turret ladder should go.

Not only that, but there is a place where a ladder could go to get to two potential turret placements!!

If you look at the technical documents they are sensor arrays
